We built Door Warrior to bring clean, better water to the fast-growing new-construction communities around Houston: Katy, Fulshear, Conroe, Montgomery, Waller, Magnolia, and beyond. Our teams meet homeowners where they are — at the front door, in person, with a real demonstration and an honest conversation.
Everyone at Door Warrior serves one of two callings — and every role matters.
Our field team — Water Technicians and Lead Specialists. They're the ones on the ground: scouting new communities, running demonstrations, and closing deals at the door. Warriors earn their place through training and results.
Our leadership — the General, the Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and our staff officers. Officers build the systems, develop the people, and set the standard the whole division runs on.
The Academy is our exclusive, paid training program — the path every Water Technician and Lead Specialist takes to earn a place on a team. Acceptance isn't automatic. Seats are limited and earned through our application and assessment process. Those who make it don't just learn a script; they learn a craft: the demonstration, the close, the discipline of showing up and doing it right every day.
